Philipp von Kunhardt

As a child told by doctors after several operations that he should never do sports, Philipp learned to turn resistance into movement — literally, through rebounding. That became a company: from a garage start-up he spent two decades building bellicon into an international brand — co-founder of bellicon AG (Switzerland, 2003), with an early, deliberate bet on German engineering over cheap mass production. In 2010 he took the leap across the Atlantic and built bellicon USA in Chicago, living there for 14 years — through to a successful sale in 2022. By then bellicon had reached over a million people in over 70 countries. Today he coaches founders and leadership teams internationally — across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Dubai, and the US and Canada — and has built AI firmly into his coaching since late 2022, from goal-setting to cultural transformation.
