Dr. Patrick Blum

Patrick is a father, husband, friend, founder, and coach — and in every one of these roles he learns something new every day. He has been an entrepreneur and founder for 30 years, living through all the ups and downs. He built a provider of e-business solutions for the insurance industry to a successful exit, then shaped one of Germany’s top-10 e-learning providers, which counted over 100 employees by the time of its exit.

Over the years he learned from and with mid-sized companies and corporations across the most diverse industries — from Allianz, Audi, BMW, and Deutsche Bahn through Ergo, RWE, and Thyssenkrupp to Fritz-Kola, L’Osteria, and Vapiano. His greatest passion is learning things today that he didn’t know yesterday — and putting them to work with impact tomorrow. That’s exactly what he passes on: he inspires people and companies to question the status quo, unlock new potential, and broaden their horizons — not to stand still, but to keep evolving.

His strength is bringing complex matters into simplicity and creating a safe space where trust and humanity become the foundation of shared success. He lives with his wife and two children in Aachen.
