When you run coaching and the app together, you automatically get 20 % off the app base. Both run on the same invoice. Modules are excluded from the bundle discount.
Three months minimum on coaching. After that, cancel any time to quarter-end with 30 days' notice — no haggling. The app is cancellable at quarter-end; only with annual payment (pay 11 months, use 12) does it run to the end of the contract year.
You simply move up to the next version — from OCTO Free (up to 5 users) through OCTO 5, OCTO 15 and OCTO 50 to OCTO Unlimited with no user cap. We bill the difference pro-rata.
Yes. There are currently two modules — KPI Dashboard and Psychological Safety, with more in the works. Each module is bookable independently; you don't have to take the full set if you only need one topic.
